You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”) for the equivalent bundle ordered. IF MORE THAN THIRTY (30) DAYS HAVE PASSED, YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO OPT OUT OF THIS PROVISION AND YOU MUST PURSUE YOUR CLAIM THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION AS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.

RETURNS

If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason you will have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the product and request a refund. You may return any Product (as defined below) purchased on ketoperformancemax.com in accordance with the terms below:

A return authorization must be requested and approved within 30 days of your date of purchase. You must contact us at support@ketomaxperformance.com to request and receive a return mailing authorization (“RMA”). Once you RMA has been approved, we will send you an RMA number and Address to send back to product.

The return authorization number must be included along with your returned product(s).
Once an RMA is approved and you are sent the RMA #, please return the bottle(s) and email us back with the RMA and the tracking# so we can track your return. You will have to pay for shipping.
